What I do

My name is Emily—I implement yoga and mindfulness programs into K-12 schools and organizations.

Why I do it

I've experienced the benefits firsthand and want to share that feeling with more people, early on. Mindfulness practices, such as pairing breath with movement, ultimately promote focus in and out of the classroom. Yoga calms the mind & body to stimulate personal creativity.
